Michael E. Adler has joined the firm as of counsel. He was admitted to practice in California in May 2005. Mr. Adler brings to the firm a wealth of business expertise in addition to his accomplished legal and educational background. His business career includes sixteen years of experience as the senior executive of both private and public companies, in which capacities he has had primary responsibility for oversight of their legal needs, including the negotiation and documentation of the purchase and sale of numerous business entities. Mr. Adler’s practice encompasses a wide range of business transactional matters, including the formation, acquisition and sale of business and real estate entities, and the counseling of business and real estate clients in all facets of their ongoing legal affairs. Mr. Adler obtained his California real estate brokers license in 2007, and is a member of the National Association of Realtors.

Mr. Adler continues to serve as the President of Informa Research Services, Inc., the premier provider of competitive intelligence and market research to the financial industry. He is also a supporter of many non-profit organizations, including the University of Southern California, where he serves on the Executive Committee of the Board of Governors for the General Alumni Association.
