Richard C. Greenberg was a founding member of the firm at its inception in 1981.  He is the current managing partner.  Mr. Greenberg has extensive experience in both transactional matters and litigation.  He was admitted to practice in California in 1966. Mr. Greenberg represents corporations, public entities, businesses and individuals in a myriad of litigation matters, both federal and state, and at the trial and appellate level. Those matters include complex business and real estate litigation; will contests, trust and probate litigation; commercial contract and tort disputes; and employer/employee litigation.  Mr. Greenberg has a breadth of experience in all aspects of alternative dispute resolution, including negotiation, mediation, arbitration and litigation settlement conferences.  He has a broad and varied transactional practice, including the formation of business entities, the negotiation and drafting of leases, purchase and sale, and other agreements, and the continued counseling of business and real estate clients as their primary counsel.
