Samantha F. Lamberg has been with the firm since 1996.  She represents employers in all aspects of employment law.  Ms. Lamberg’s employment litigation practice focuses on defense and alternative resolution of wrongful termination, discrimination, retaliation and harassment claims, as well as assorted non-compete, trade secret, defamation, privacy, and wage disputes.  She also provides preventive counseling to help minimize the risk of employment litigation prior to termination.  In addition to her employment law practice, Ms. Lamberg has successfully handled a wide variety of business, real estate and trust litigation matters, such as shopping center and homeowners association disputes, will contests, partition cases, view preservation matters and commercial lease disputes.

Ms. Lamberg was admitted to practice in California in 1991, and is AV-rated by Martindale-Hubbell.
