Mr. Takeuchi, who is fluent in Japanese, represents numerous Pacific Rim clients, and leads GWT’s International Business Transactions Group. He was admitted to practice in California in 1981. Mr. Takeuchi represents Japan- and US- based clients in all areas of their US and international business activities. He has extensive experience in mergers and acquisitions; international joint ventures and partnerships; real estate purchase, development and sale transactions; corporate restructuring; technology licensing; computer software distribution and licensing; distributorship agreements; and negotiating business dispute resolutions.
