Weinberger joined GWT in 2006 after gaining trial experience working for the Los Angeles Public Defender’s Office and bankruptcy background at the prominent Los Angeles bankruptcy boutique firm, Klee Tuchin. He was admitted to practice in California in 2002. Mr. Weinberger now practices in the areas of business, real estate, employment and insolvency litigation. Mr. Weinberger has handled a variety of matters involving real estate lease and purchase disputes, wrongful termination claims (representing the employer), trade libel, defamation, unfair competition claims, and creditor rights in connection with companies that are dissolving, insolvent, or in bankruptcy.
