Mr. Whitcombe, who was admitted to practice in California in 1988, combines business savvy with years of experience in civil litigation, and business, real estate, and banking transactions. Mr. Whitcombe practices in the areas of business reorganization, complex transactional business and corporate matters, commercial litigation, access to capital and the representation of financial institutions. Mr. Whitcombe is a member of the State Bars of California and Washington DC, the State Bar of California Real Property and Business Sections, the South Bay and American Bar Associations, as well as the California Trial Lawyers Association, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Mr. Whitcombe serves on the board of directors of Lacrosse Footwear, Inc. [Nasdaq: BOOT], Providence Healthcare Systems, GLS Building Corporation, and the Oarsmen Foundation. He currently serves as a member of the Audit Committee and chair of the Governance Committee of LaCrosse Footwear. |
