Mark K. Worthge joined the firm in February 2001, and now chairs our Construction Law and Litigation Group.  Mr. Worthge is a licensed civil engineer, and began his career practicing in that field.  After returning to law school and obtaining his JD, he started a thriving construction defect practice.  He was admitted to practice in California in 1985.

Mr. Worthge practices in civil litigation, representing owners, homeowners associations, developers, design professionals, product manufacturers, and contractors in complex construction defect and real estate litigation matters.  Mr. Worthge also volunteers his time as a Guest Instructor at the Pepperdine Law School, Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution, and for the University of Southern California School of Law, Alternative Dispute Resolution Mock Mediation Program.
